These women are preparing all week pierogi in the cafeteria of St. Adalbert Church located at the intersection of Allegheny Avenue & Edgemont Street, from 2pm to 8pm each day this week. If you would like to learn how pierogi is made and help make one of the most popular items in their Polish kitchen, stop by during these hours. Your help will be most appreciated! P.S. The cafeteria is air conditioned!

What are all these pierogies for? … to prepare for their 2013 Bazar.  There will be 20 plus specialty baskets for every taste including;  gardening, sports, children’s toys, beauty, cooking, entertainment, and more. Stop by on Aug 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for some great Polish food, as well as some American favorites like pizza, French fries, and funnel cake. Raffle tickets will be sold for money prizes, with the top prize of $500, as well as for a Nook (e- reader) with free magazine downloads! Games of chance and great music (not to mention Polish beer) will be available for everyone to enjoy.
